Privacy notice
This notice covers the thisys.ai website. The Thisys survey platform at thisys.com has its own privacy policy.

What we collect
Contact form. Your name, email address and message, plus your organisation, phone number and system description if you give them. The form sends these to us by email. The website does not store them. We keep the email only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.
Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for that check.
Visitor statistics. We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. It records counts such as page views, referring sites, and country and device type.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. It passes through the services that run this site: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection and email forwarding), Resend (email delivery) and Plausible (statistics). Enquiries are kept in our company email account.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@thisys.ai. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
